FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need access to gym?

Don’t stress if you don’t have a gym, Home workouts can still be provided. Whether you have limited to no equipment. We will still be able to work together to achieve your desired results.

Can’t still eat out and enjoy the weekends?

Of course! This is a lifestyle and I will teach you how to create balanced meals and to incorporate your favourite foods without ruining your progress.

How do you help me personally?

You will have weekly check-ins where I will assess your progress and make any plan changes if needed. This can be done via my exclusive Trainerize App. I will also message you on trainerize throughout the week to make sure you are on track and I am here for you 7 days a week if you have any questions.

Will you help me with my food?

Absolutely! Everything will be fully tailored around you to ensure you enjoy what you eat!

How quickly will I see results?

Your results will be a reflection of your hard work. The harder you work the quicker and more obvious the results. As a coach I will give you everything you need to succeed but it will be up to you to put in the work.

Can beginners do this program?

Absolutely, anyone of all levels can do this program!
